Privacy Policy

1. Information on the blockchain (public and permanent)

• When you launch, trade, claim fees, create an affiliate code or register as a studio, your wallet address and the transaction details are recorded on the Solana blockchain.
• This data is public, permanent and outside our control. Anyone can see it, and we, like anyone else, can't edit or delete it.
• The Site reads this public data to show coins, charts, trades, holders, studio vaults and affiliate stats.

2. Information you give us

• Wallet address, when you connect a wallet, launch a coin or verify a studio. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase, and will never ask for them.
• Studio verification details: the game, your wallet, and the Steam announcement or website you use as proof. The proof link is stored publicly on the blockchain.
• Emails you send us, which we use only to respond (for example to support, studio, takedown or privacy requests).

3. Information collected automatically

• Technical data. Like any website, our servers and providers receive your IP address, browser type and the pages or data you request. This is used to run the Site, prevent abuse (for example rate limits) and fix problems, and is kept only as long as our providers' logs keep it.
• Browser storage. The Site stores a few small items on your own device: an affiliate code from an invite link (so your discount applies), and your wallet app's choice of wallet. These are not used to track you.
• Admin cookie. Only site administrators who log in receive a session cookie.
• We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

4. Services that help run the Site

• Vercel hosts the Site and processes requests to it.
• Helius provides our connection to the Solana blockchain. Your browser's requests go through our server, and blockchain data and transactions are passed along.
• Solana public network endpoints may receive a live-update connection from your browser (for example to show your balance).
• Steam (Valve): your browser loads game images directly from Steam's image servers, and our server looks up game details from Steam.
• CoinGecko / Jupiter supply the SOL price to our server. No information about you is sent.
• Your wallet (such as Phantom) is a separate app with its own privacy policy.

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We share information with them only as needed to run the Site, and we may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the Site and its users.

5. What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• We don't create user accounts or profiles, and we don't keep a separate database of users.

6. Your choices and rights

• Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to object to how it's used. Email Alexanderataylor@icloud.com and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
• We can't change or delete information recorded on the blockchain.
• You can clear the Site's browser storage at any time in your browser settings, and you can disconnect your wallet whenever you like.

7. Children

The Site is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

8. Security and international use

We use reasonable measures to protect the Site, but no system is perfectly secure. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
